Join us for an immersive experience. Bring a mat, bolster, eye covering, blanket...anything that will add comfort to your experience. This program will be held (almost) monthly thanks to an anonymous donor. Individuals who have pacemakers, implanted pumps, devices, epilepsy, hearing devices, sensory or sound issues may be bothered by high pitched noises. Women in first 12 weeks of pregnancy are advised not to participate. Sound bath sessions use a variety of instruments that have strong vibrational frequencies.
