Join us for an immersive experience. Bring a mat, bolster, eye covering, blanket...anything that will add comfort to your experience. This program will be held (almost) monthly thanks to an anonymous donor. The next Sound Bath will be held TUESDAY, JANUARY 6. Register for that date HERE.  Walk in are welcome. Open to all however non-members can pay at the door via cash, check or credit card. 

Individuals who have pacemakers, implanted pumps, devices, epilepsy, hearing devices, sensory or sound issues may be bothered by high pitched noises. Women in first 12 weeks of pregnancy should check with their doctor. Sound bath sessions use a variety of instruments that  have strong vibrational frequencies.
