Join us for an immersive experience. Bring a mat, bolster, eye covering, blanket...anything that will add comfort to your experience. This program will be held (almost) monthly thanks to an anonymous donor. Watch for the next date. Open to all. Walk-ins welcome (non-members can pay by cash, check or credit card). 

Individuals who have pacemakers, implanted pumps, devices, epilepsy, hearing devices, sensory or sound issues may be bothered by high pitched noises. Women in first 12 weeks of pregnancy should check with their doctor. Sound bath sessions use a variety of instruments that  have strong vibrational frequencies.
