7:00 PM - 8:30 PMCongregation Shirat Hayam

Shir Neshama--Song of the Soul presents, Wellness Wednesday. This month we've scheduled Monique from The Magical Mystical Gong Lab in Swampscott to create a meaningful experience with the use of sounds and vibrations to promote healing and wellness. This event is completely inclusive and for all ages.**

Doors open at 6:40 pm and for security, will lock by 7:05 pm. Program begins at 7:00 pm. So that we can plan our space accordingly, an RSVP is very much appreciated.

With all the challenges we currently face in our lives and in the world, this evening offers ways to slow down, to be present and to come home to ourselves.  This evening will begin with conversation and end with a deeply relaxing Gong Sound Bath. Come prepared for a little self-exploration and come prepared to get comfortable on your yoga mat, and whatever else to make you comfortable, possibly a pillow, blanket and eye mask/towel. Bring everything you need. Chairs will be available for those who are more comfortable seated.

Monique served in the IDF in the 80’s, has a BFA from the School of Visual Arts, NY and a Masters in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University, was inducted in to the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame and taught self-defense for Impact, Model Mugging. She has taught workshops at many prestigious venues.
